This is one of my favorite paintings!

Wacom tablet, 4 hours, canvas 2000x2000.
I started out by blocking in the archon with black,
I used dodge tool for his eyes.
then I put light blue around him gradient in to darker blue
with dodge tool on top of that.
I hope you guys like this!!

He seems to only have 3 fingers...
What's up with the stars in the top right corner? They seem pretty messed up. This is pretty cool; the light effect on the ground is very very nice. Something about it... I dunno, doesn't quite seem exceptional compared to some of your other works like the hydra den, but then color can be very difficult. |

I still think this is uber though
He has 4 fingers MoH, his hands are turned in a way that you can't see it.
Even though his wrists are black, I can see the angel of his hands, and part of his hand is still inside. And parts of his knees are showing and feet.
The stars I made by hand on the left side then I just used the clone brush for the right side, hmmm I didn't notice that.
maybe because it's not as noticeable when zoomed out.
*Troughs clone brush in the fukin garbage*
Well I used no references for this, it's all original.

hey Val, it's pretty good, but i didn't think archons had legs, or feet, i like the colors and head, but the hands are just kinda... random looking, they're skiwompus, unless that's just the energy fog.

Actually, this is alright. The only thing I can see is that your Archon seems to have the same pose that you accused mine (The Merging is Complete...) of having. Except that yours must've been constipated before hand because with your pose somewhat more accentuated than mine it looks like he's really trying to shove one out! Dont be angry, its just jokes man...
Very good stylly with the tablet. Have you ever thought to combine your drawing ability with your com skills, but with color? Do a painting by hand then embellish it, that would be awesome. You gots skills man.. |

nice work.
the ground looks not bad, but it doesn't look like it is lighten up by the archon, considering the direction of the light source..
what I like is the way his hand comes out and how his body is surrounded by the glowing psi!
regarding these two points, I give good! |

Ummm yea you cant see those stars because of the light coming from the archon that's in front of the stars.
Just like it's hard to see stars past a street light post. |
