It's not bad, but it isn't really special or anything, I'd say average for lack of angles, shading, color choices, little white pixels where the fill tool didn't reach, and the odd way it the back of his jaw and head are cut off.

yeah it's not soooo bad considering you used paint. I'd interpret it as some kind of sc - comic style (regarding the eyes ), so I voted good.
..but not exceptional, because of the missing neck and the lack of detail.

Since when "Digital 2D//MS Paint Creations" go to "Digital 3D Renders" ???
Not to mention that a little early I saw some 3d renders of Lego, at Digital 2d...
