DocOc told me to write a story featuring Mario and Luigi when he read my story, so I actually took the time to make write this.

Mario and Luigi: Starcraft Style: Part 1

“Hey! Mario!” Luigi yelled from across the hallway. “Peach wants us to go to her house for some spaghetti! You wanna come?”

“Sure! I love spaghetti!” Mario yelled back. “I’ll get the car keys! What time do we have to be there?”

“Oh no! We’re late!” Luigi told Mario. “She said to be there at 4:30, and its 4:38!”

“Let’s just use the warp pipe!” Mario cleverly suggested!

“Good idea, Mario! Quick! Get in the pipe!”

*Cues the entering warp pipe music”

“Look Mario! Free money!” Luigi happily said. “Let’s take it!”

“O.k.!” Mario replied!

While Mario and Luigi were busy selfishly snagging the money, they forgot about the warp pipe rule. If they stayed in the pipe for too long, they would be sent to another random location instead of their original one. After they took the money, they decided to go.

*Mario and Luigi leave the warp pipe, finding themselves in a weird, mysterious ship…*

“Wait a minute… Where are we?!” Luigi asked, suddenly panicking.

“I have no idea…” Mario told him.

While Mario and Luigi walked along the dark, empty hallways of the ship, they found a control panel. The panel had blueprints for a ship, but Mario and Luigi had no idea what it meant. There was a key pad, so when Mario pressed it, an extension to the control panel popped out and read, “Cruiser 20A03DS03. Name: Aleksander Pilot: Gerard DuGalle. Co – Pilot: Alexei Stukov. Made on: Tarsonis.”

“Cruiser… Tarsonis… Dugalle… Where the heck are we?!” Mario asked.

“Alexei… What kind of person gives their son a gay name like that?!”

“I’m serious Luigi! We need to find a way out of here!”

“No, no, no, I’m serious too! Alexei is the gayest name I have ever heard. And that’s saying a lot… Seeing as how we’ve met ‘Coopas’, ‘Bowser’, ‘Toad’, ‘Hammer Bros’, and Peach!” Luigi said to Mario. “I mean, it almost sounds like ‘Alexis’! Who would want a name that sounded like ‘Alexis’?!”

“… If I had a fire flower, I’d toast you…” Mario told Luigi. “Wait… I know! Let’s just use another warp pipe! You did pack an extra, right?”

“Uh… Oops?” Luigi said.

“Oops? OOPS?! How are we supposed to get home! Even if were at Peach’s house, we would’ve needed a pipe to get home, wouldn’t we have?!”

“Heh… Oh yeah...”

“YOU IDIOT!” Mario called Luigi.

Mario and Luigi were walking down the hall when---

“Hey! Why does Mario always get put in front of me? I did help him, a lot!”

….

LUIGI AND MARIO were walking down the hall when a 1st Class Private Marine stopped them in there tracks.

“Hey! Who are you? This ship isn’t for Halloween, you kids! You’re lucky we’re already in Orbit, or else I would literally kick you off this ship!” The Marine yelled.

“Hey! We’re adults!” Mario told the marine. “In fact, we’re heroes! We saved Peach and walk on 8 castles!” Mario thought for a second. “Ya know… Now that I think about it, what were they thinking! What kind of kid would take us through our world and defeat that many castles and go through so many levels just to save a low-animation princess? It’s stupid!”

The marine had no idea what it was talking about… He was approaching Mario and
Lui--

“Ahem!”

*Sighs* He was approaching LUIGI AND MARIO when the cruiser suddenly shook. The marine flew against the wall and accidentally pushed a button to open a nearby closet. A flame thrower fell out and landed in front of Mario.

“GASP! A FIRE FLOWR!” Mario said, excitingly.

Mario took the flame thrower and put in on. He pressed the button by accident and smoked the marine. The marine screamed and yelled, trying to find a fire extinguisher, but by the time he finally found one, the fire had melted his armor and burned this skin off. He was now nothing more than bones and burned organs…

“Hmm… I wonder why this ship shook…” Luigi asked.

“I have no idea… And I haven no idea how I burned this guy…” Mario replied.

“Uh… You kinda pressed a button… and didn’t let go of it…” Luigi told Mario.

“Oh.” Mario said.

Mario walked towards the marine and checked to see if there had been anything on him that could have told Mario where he was. He bent down and looked through the remains, but found nothing more than a few Gauss Rifle bullets and a book labeled, “How to use a Gauss Rifle: A book for Newbies.” Mario thought for a second and then threw the book aside. What kind of person would wield a gun, but not know how to use it?

While Mario and Luigi were walking, they noticed that the smoke from the marine was getting bigger, so Luigi suggested to somehow put it out. They were trying to figure out how to make the smoke go away when an alarm suddenly started to ring. A man was talking on the intercom, saying, “Fire in hallway 13, I repeat, fire in hallway 13!”

“Uh… Mario? Do you think that’s the hallway that we’re in?

“Umm… Maybe…”

“Oh no! We’re going to have to hide or something!” Luigi said to Mario. “We can’t just stay out here in the open! You set a man on fire!”

“Wait… I know!” Mario told Luigi. “Let’s hide in the closet that the guy opened!”

They both ran towards the closet and got in. The closet was small, so they were forced to stand very close to each other. Also, there were many items in the closet like mops, and buckets, so it made the closet a very uncomfortable place to be. They looked around for a way to close the closet. There were marines and ghosts running to the hallway and Mario could hear their footsteps. At last, Luigi found the button and closed the closet right before the marines and ghosts got there. Mario and Luigi were sitting silently in the closet when the ship suddenly shook and they heard a big ‘thud’. They peeked out from the crack under the door and saw a massive figure made out of metal.

“What do think that is?” Mario asked.

“That person must have used a metal mushroom and a regular mushroom!” Luigi told Mario.
“Of course! Why didn’t I think of that?” Mario exclaimed.

“Because I’m smarter!”

…..

“Hey, Todd… Where’d you get that ‘liath’?” A marine asked the massive figure.

“I got it from right down the hall.” The goliath said.

“What do you think is a ‘liath’?” Mario asked.

“I don’t know, but hurry into this tunnel! We have to go down the hall to get the mushrooms!” Luigi said, pointing at a hole in the wall.

They crawled through the hole and found themselves in a large room filled with marines. Mario and Luigi tip-toed behind storage boxes and hid there. When Mario sat down, a brown cloth flew onto Mario. Another flew next to Luigi.

“GASP! A FEATHER!” Luigi screamed.

“Shut up, Luigi! Besides, this looks nothing like a feather!” Mario said. “If we jumped in the air, we wouldn’t jump any higher than we normally would!”

“Well then, let’s try!” Luigi said.

They got themselves ready to jump when they suddenly sprung up into the air. They had been standing on air vents, and the vents had conveniently turned on right as Mario and Luigi jumped into the air.

“Wheeee! I told you they were feathers!” Luigi yelled.

The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Class Private marines saw them and started shooting randomly at them. Mario landed into a goliath while Luigi hit the side of one.

“Oh, my god!” Luigi screamed. “THAT HURT!”

“Hurry up and use the mushroom!” Mario told him.

Luigi climbed into the goliath and looked for the ‘on’ button. He found a big button and pressed it. Instead of the goliath turning on, it shot out hundreds of hellfire missiles and blew up all the marines. More marines ran into the room and ghosts came in, ready to lockdown Mario and Luigi.

“What was that?!” Mario yelled at Luigi.

“Heh… Oops?” Luigi replied.

An easy mistake to make. The Bold tags are [ b] [ /b], the Italic tags are [ i] [/i], and the Underline tags are [ u] [ /u], albiet without the spaces.

sort of crazy and high thought, like saying "hundreds of hellfire missles" doesn't sound good. Anyway, that was funny. Poor Mario and, oops sorry, Luigi and Mario.

Good story though.
