BrotherGreen's, NEW, series
Basically, between my first day of un-symmetrical mapping, to now, i've changed a lot, learned a lot more, and combined old ideas with new needs for mapping
This series will be stuff I consider actually good, as opposed to my old stuff I used to think good.
For now, it will remain mostly empty until I make new maps, or revise some of my old ones.

I like this, the only think I could argue with is that 3 min expo. But thats just my personal opinion, I give this Exceptional. |

Yeah, this is real good. What I like most about it is the blending of terrain, and the well-placed doodads. Some of the expos seem kind of small, though. The mains both have perfect amounts of resources, and building space. You played out the whole river concept out pretty nice, as well. This map earns an exceptionial from me. I got to check out some more of your maps sometime  |

Reds natural the gas is closer to middle and is easer to attack, the blues gas at natural is tucked away and is safer.
think fixing that would make map fair, specially if this map is played at pro level.
gas issue wont be a problem by adding the gas at bottom for blue cause workers would be mining from angle to command center
also bottom structure has hole that fits a tank it it would be hard to kill off, while top structure at top a tank can move in there on ground.
I would make both them same since your map already more on symmitry then random map design.
Over all though map looks good |

i think its great BG. Thanks a lot for making it. Im not good on all these technical terms, but i did notice that the bridges are kinda difficult to defend. but wutever. im not playing it. The rest are. Good luck and godspeed in the tournament. |

what kind of tourny do u guys have? this map is one of the better ones on this site, but it still sucks. terran would FUCK TOSS UP. tank drop behind main anyone??? and wtf is with that shitty 3patch/gas thing? its got a good playout, just shitty min lines and expos.

Necro you talk out of your ass, of course he could tank drop behind main but thats just as easily combatable as onany other map, bseides toss could reaver drop behind his main.

It's good.
But I respectfully dislike the terrain on the river's coast line.

if my starcraft was installed i would dl this map and play it but my SC isnt installed so i cant play it but just looking at the scores id probly rate it good or exp. but for now i wont vote till i get my SC installed and have it not stop right in the midlle of installing. |

I'm getting a new computer next month and am instaling SC on it, but I will play on your map as soon as I get it, but until then I guess I'll just play my N64 version (which really sucks!) |

nice design nice layout...well balanced just my opinion but too many tree doodads in one space...map is sort of natural..the red island is like a tinier bit bigger than the upper island...the map has a very nice feel...way better than all my maps put together....you and your good badland maps!!! |
