Ex-Shadow Syndicate member Davion crash-lands on a remote planet named Romulus. Play him as he travels throughout the settlements of Romulus and gathers allies in his quest to piece together the events of his crash and unravel a conspiracy that runs deeper than he ever expected, eventually bringing him and a few of his companions to Romulus's sister planet, Remus.
In Retribution, Davion pleads his case before the Syndicate Council, a group of five heads of state for the military-superpower, the Shadow Syndicate, on the planet Artemis II. He is labeled a traitor by the Council and becomes a wanted man. With the help of old allies Snake, Sqid, Superfly, C-4, a new computer AI system called Core, and a mysterious symbiotic egg found by Superfly, Davion must uncover the secrets about Jerrick, Romulus, Remus, and the Council itself.

The third installment of the Shadow Syndicate Series. Davion, recently rescued from a Syndicate Prison Ship (SS3: Preview) makes his way to the Syndicate Council on Artemis II, to plead his case and ask for aid in the reconstruction of Romulus and Remus. The Council denies him aid, and marks him an enemy of the state. With the help of C-4, Superfly, Sqid and Snake, Davion escapes the Syndicate Council. Now, he and his team moves through the barren wastes of Artemis II, searching for lost comrades, and finding new ones as they uncover the mysteries that will unravel the Syndicate forever!
-Features a new Skill System! Upgrade skills for three characters to unlock new items throughout the game!
-Features new Special Abilities! Certain characters have abilities to be purchased and used, such as healing, damage, summons, and more!
-Plenty of secrets to uncover! Three secret characters, tons of hidden credits, and even an alternate ending make for plenty of replay-ability!

i beat one of the endings ill have to find any other ones now..... i give this Exeptional its another fun strategy game..... my favourite character for this one is probably the Firebat (cant remember his name) he wipes out the symbiote hunter forms like nothing |

Thanks Harbinger! And don't worry about it. I just opened it in StarEdit to remove the excess amount of illegal units I had, and then reopened it in SCMDraft 2.0 to add back in about 50% of those illegal units.
Good to see four comments in less than 24 hours! Problem is that I know this kind of feedback will taper down to little to nothing very quickly, so I'm relishing it now! Thanx for the comments and for the vote, Everett!

Yep. as I had said on Warboards, SS3 is a bit touchy about transition triggers. It's best to keep the party in a tight group when switching areas. This bug has been noted and will be changed by the time SS3 Special Edition is put to work. |

Yeah, that is something that the Syndicate maps have going for them, rough transitions. I've attempted to make them less of a trouble with my rereleases of the maps, and with the ones I'll be submitting to Campaigncreations.org for the Contest, there should be little if any bugs in all three maps.
Expect to see these maps available on Starcraft.org in the Campaigns section probably some time after the contest is overwith (Late March).
Until then, don't forget to visit Warboards and comment on the Shadow Syndicate thread in the maps and mods depot. I'm posting constant ideas and thoughts about The Gorgon Project (SS4) and am looking for all the feedback I can get. |
