you must be fast to react in this one,not recommended for pro players.ill list an build order to help you.

6,barracks(build right after you start building the refinery)

ok then keep building SCVs to gain in mining mineral faster.but watch out for if ur fighting zerg or protoss this aint too useful though,its good to fight TvT with this one,you can also fly your barracks right after you build it to your enemys base and fly to the top of your enemys CC and then he will haf difficulties selecting his CC to build SCVs.....block his bases entrance right after you make 3 tanks and select 2 SCVs and make 4 marines to follow the tanks
and block his entrance!

now for some extra strats.....place a mine in each of the places you think he would expand in,but you must expand fast.
try to annoy his and slow him down,you can go early to send a scout to his base and build a refinery on his geyser...lol...dont fully make that refinery bec if he attacks your refinery you can still cancel it(but cancel it when its about to die that will delay him).
you can also build wraiths fast and go to his mining area and kill the workers!run when you get attacked.if ur fighting protoss retreat if he has any cannons there.if his base is on a high cliff you can siegh mode a tank and fly a building into his base and see if your tanks arclite shock cannons can reach it....
