#1. Posted on April 03, 2008 09:51 AM. yea, i'm going to remove the ruins in place one, though it didnt bother me that much, auto secures you from a nuclear strike. I will also remove some ruins in the lower left corner to create some more build space. and here and there a vespene geyser. by the way, those one or two minerals, i know they're not expo's... i just like to place random minerals on a map, so that when you're out of money, and all you expo's have been taken by the other player, that there is still something harvestable, e ... I think the Mothership would win then. as far as i know do the Thor and Queen have no aa weapons, which makes it easy for the mothership to use planet cracker and kill both. BTW, the thor wouldn't really fit in. The thor can be build more then one time. ... Click here to view this comment. |

#4. Posted on April 02, 2008 09:58 AM. It's a nice map, the doodads and tarrain is good, however, it lacks something critical: there is only one way into the base which makes it very easy to defend. There is almost no strategy at all! maybe you could use the stairs doodads to make it able for small units to sneak into the back of the enemy's base, or remove a bit of high platform to create a new passage into the base. I still vote Good for this map ^^ i enjoyed playing my own version with the stairs =p ... Click here to view this comment. |

Here's what i like and what i dont about this map: + nice amount of critters, not too much nor too less. + decent terrain vairation -- frickin HUGE load of money! almost the entire map is covered in minerals! even for a money map that's too much IMO. - I spotted only 2 doodads: 2 trees in the middle of 1 huge mineral expo. - only one way into the enemy base. there are no shortcuts, ways into the back of the base, only a single road into the enemy's base which ...
