#2. Posted on May 09, 2008 03:54 PM. Actually it's quite nice this time around. You did do a very good job getting all the shapes of the armor and gun right, although the lower arms look a bit weird. You may want to remodel parts of it however to make it more realistic. Right now like, for the feet, you have some foot shapes moved inside the boot shape. You can see a clear area where the one object is going through the other. Or, if it was supposed to be one object welded together like that or something, then the rine wouldn't be a ... #10. Posted on May 05, 2008 10:26 PM. Dude, wafflely, and sarge too, lighten up a bit, ok? Wafflely, he really did say, "If you're trying to draw an SC1 Goliath, then I would vote for average." Implying that if you're trying to draw a more original goliath, then it was ok. So you're answer should've just been, "My drawings dont always have to accurate jeeze," like you said. And that should be the end of it. Give it up. He can comment however he wants. And Sarge, calling people whiney is sort of inviting them to f ... Click here to view this comment. |

#23. Posted on April 18, 2008 10:06 AM. It is my theory that the wheel is a testing site for the new armor and shields. It is improved more from your 1st version, but I'd still look at some reference to get it more seige tank looking; it could pretty much be any tank right now. Another bit of advice, see how the left-right border of the tank turret goes at sort of a 45 degree angle, but the back of the tank is more of a 60 degree angle? Try to think about how it'd look in real life and see if you can make lines like that parallell as they would be on a real tank. ... Click here to view this comment. |

#111. Posted on November 27, 2007 08:07 PM. @ Crazyoldman: You're wrong about the cinematics/ingame thing. The cinematics are how they intended everything to look at the time the cinematics were made. I.E., alpha/beta. You'll notice that in the SC alpha/beta/whatever, rines do have grenades, hydras do melee, etc. You'll notice that the cinematic zerglings are like little 4 limbed hydralisks, not what they look like in their final portrait. #193. Posted on October 05, 2007 04:02 PM. NoOoOoOoOo!!! My beautiful carriers!! all replaced by crappy weak gold tempests that can't even take on a battlecruiser... *thinks dark thoughts about blizzard* What the heck do they mean, 'super carriers?' That's so dumb, all carriers in SC1 were like that. It's just a crappy retcon to explain why SC2 carriers suck. ... Click here to view this comment. |

#196. Posted on October 04, 2007 09:36 PM. Come on. This is awful. Terran sucks? Many professional SC players would disagree with you. Formatting, grammer, or any sign of effort whatsoever? Nope. Useful strategy? No, not really. Burrowing lings is good, yes, but it's also common sense. That was pretty much it for this 'strat.' Who sends firebats against sunken colonies when they have tanks? What are the terrans doing while you're spending 6000 minerals on hatcheries instead of troops? When did the terrans get dragoons? Since when are gua ... Click here to view this comment. |

#198. Posted on October 02, 2007 09:20 PM. The problem with this strat is that it only says that lings and then mutas or lurkers are good against unprepared enemies. It doesn't have any instructions on how to use or get the units or what to do if they attack you first or anything like that; go into more detail and I think it'd be much better. Blood Bath's not so great. :/ ... Click here to view this comment. |

#200. Posted on September 29, 2007 07:51 PM. The problem is, with the robe covering it it's just a large mass; you could've said it was a hydra in a cloak or an oddly shaped rock with a xenomorph hiding behind it or anything really. If you show a view where we can really see the infested HT it'd be really cool, but here it's just s lump with jaws and some odd spikey things. ... Click here to view this comment. |

#203. Posted on September 26, 2007 10:13 PM. Voted good. The shading and stuff just doesn't quite give it a 3D feel, and I don't much like the SC2-ish influence and weird proportions compared to your last zealot design. sorry, the armor just isn't doing it for me. ... #204. Posted on September 25, 2007 07:03 AM. Just 1 problem: All of the mutalisks are in more or less the same pose, like they're all flapping in unison. It'd be cooler with a bit more variation I think, but very very good. ... Click here to view this comment. |

#206. Posted on September 23, 2007 03:16 PM. I'm surprised so many people like it. Personally I'd be fine with it if it were less bulky and tanklike, like PraetorMike's version. If they put his design in the game, that'd be awesome. ... Click here to view this comment. |

#207. Posted on September 23, 2007 01:59 PM. I don't like most of the changes they've made, but I do like how now there're several variations on the death animations of the units (ie, reapers flying off in different directions, bcs sometimes just exploding, sometimes exploding into chunks which hit the ground, etc.) So I'm going to have to go with graphics. ... #211. Posted on September 22, 2007 06:36 PM. @ madtassadar poaching eggs is a way of cooking them. Nuking them is nuking them. Since the joke focuses on eggs for some reason, it's appropriate. Unfortunately I think that the title is the funniest part, it's not very funny at all for a comic. However, the artwork is much better than almost all the comics on here. #214. Posted on September 21, 2007 08:10 PM. This is awesome. You've taken blizzard's heavy assault SC2 DT design and melded it with samwise's SC1 zeratul concept. Excelent. #217. Posted on September 20, 2007 04:47 PM. Woah, the foreground is so detailed and is pretty well textured but the poorly lit moon and really really simple muzzle flare are so different... #218. Posted on September 20, 2007 04:45 PM. Same as DarkMirror. It's very accurate to the concept art at least and it's a nice sketch, but the bizzare perspective (his right arm seems to be in front of the tail but the hand goes behind it without any foreshortening, for example), odd assymetrical angling, especially on the frill, and lack of shading or anything keep it from being exceptional, sorry. ... #222. Posted on September 20, 2007 07:09 AM. Wow, that's a really huge image. You've done a very nice job capturing the shape of the frill and the back (the back looks kind've like a halo grunt, hmmmm....), andwhile some parts are a bit odd it's overall a nice lego. I think the part that detracts from it most is that the arms go sideways and don't have any joints. I'm gonna say... good. ... Click here to view this comment. |

#224. Posted on September 19, 2007 06:30 PM. 2nd comment, then.
You've made a perfect hydra den, and it's not smallish and stuff to make it easier like most people do. Nuke's nice too. It kind of looks like the ghost is resting his gun on the ground and the laser is coming perpendicular to it, which doesn't make too much sense, but it doesn't detract from the picture. EXP!
