Anyway, this strat is pretty good, but its got some flaws.Firstly, as a pretty good zerg player, i can get guardians up in almost 5 minutes. so your "Small Blockade" would be a melted pile of metal. That is a HORRIBLE base defence as it can be killed by guardians if you kill the medics. the 'Rines dont have enough range to hit guardians, and the tanks cant kill air units. even if you have turrets up guardians can kil ... Posted on March 02, 2007 03:08 AM. okay, firstly protossalliance, the scourge are called carrier killers for a reason. i discovered that it requires 3 scourge, and with 9 scourge, you can take out about 5 closely packed carriers. so go bugger yourself protossalliance. Posted on February 11, 2007 12:29 PM. ehhh. i dont usually build spores on fastest but i have lots of lords, and if im quick enough, and most of the time, i am, by the time they get a single DT ill have a full group of guardians and 2-3 groups of lisks/muties. and what if the opponent knew you were protoss, and most toss take to the air and decided to build scourge? wouldent you be $^$&ed up then? you would be annilated.still, dark templars, having no ranged attack would fall, if the protoss ally had decided to already positon ... Posted on October 21, 2006 07:12 AM. parsnips, i play zerg big time, i can get guardians up in 10 minuites. so shaddup. u never play zerg hardcore do you? by the time they got all that shit to my base, id have infested terrans i woulda found a base, infested it, and used 10 infesteds to end it all. then i would come in with hydras/muties/guardians. ultras are optional and expensive. i can do my strat for 15000 minerals and 5000 vespine. but considering i would have the map by the time he started making bcs, its not too expensive. ...
